One reason they gave for ruling against me is that the school couldn't have known my Race identity, which on it's face is ridiculous in this day and age. This download is the school's own application in order to enroll sent to me.

My appeal
Never had a phone interaction until the DOE insisted I call this guy. Told one thing on the phone by the almighty Advisor and later that day emailed something else. The funds were revoked. That email deleted.
This was my choice for classes I took summer semester, which was supposed to lead to my Major
Here's what the all important Advisor insisted I had to take even though on the banner page,
I had other choices. "Introduction to short stories" and "socialogical imagination." Notice the mockery yet?
I agreed to take the classes because over the phone he said I could register in time not to lose the funds.
I intended to secure the funds, then transfer.
Later that day by email, he pushed the date back six weeks which meant I still would have lost the funds for that semester. That email was deleted. Notice interaction between Sept 7 and Oct 8. Something missing.
All this just to register for classes after passing the preceding semester with a 3.5 gpa.
You can't get a lawyer when the government put you in this program and the judges are going to block all pro se filers.
Civil Rights Orgs...Lol. Why do you give them your money? Not only didn't they find anything wrong with the complaint I sent, they subtly suggested that maybe I just didn't under understand things--like I'm the one at fault. This is just a prototype of how they all do. Not one single one, of thousands of T.I.s in this
country, who are tormented to the extent that it is simply pre-meditated murder---cannot get one single "rights" organization to assist. They also can't resist mocking you. This was from the OCR, after I filed my appeal but the ACLU, NAACP, Justice department, --you name it-- are all the same. None will hear a T.I., and they all mock you with it for contacting them. In the case of the DOJ, the harassments goes into overdrive after
contacting them. The emails proof of it in my case are lost because that account was put through the old password change ruse.
Sign my petition...nah that's over. I did get one more than most targeted Individuals.
